First - I get nervous about giving critique because I
know I can be touchy. I have this piece fav'ed because
you did a great job. I will state the things I do like first.
I like the tones, mood, model used and the idea behind
it. I like the zipper and the breast wound, it has an impact,
it's visually pleasing to me.

If you are wanting to improve on this piece I could suggest
a few things that you may agree or disagree with. As I
said, I do like the zipper, the opening is great as well as the
coloration inside the head. Bringing the zipper down the
nose completely or even to the mouth may have had a
bit more impact. The gash on the neck I do like but would
have liked to see more depth and contrast. I know that
is a toughie when you are dealing with such pale skin
tones, so I think you did well over all. You should be happy
with your work, you have a great imagination.
